2024 HIA Australian Professional Major Builder
First acknowledged as Queensland’s Professional Major Builder by the HIA 2023, we subsequently received the highly coveted national title of 2024 HIA Australian Professional Major Builder. AVID is immensely proud of our industry-leading practices, high-quality construction, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
The HIA judging panel recognised our evolution into a disciplined, data-driven company, ensuring real-time oversight and generating ongoing capital efficiencies and quality outcomes for customers.

Harmony block 365 has been recognised in the Best Use of Steel Frame Housing category, setting a benchmark for modern steel frame construction through its innovative use of modular techniques and TRUECORE® steel to deliver exceptional longevity, liveability, and future adaptability.

Our very own, Villaworld Homes, received this coveted building award for excellence in creating connected communities for owner-occupiers, and delivering quality outcomes for our customers.
AVID received this desirable win for Queensland’s Best Residential Subdivision, in recognition of innovation and quality, and our unwavering commitment to supporting Covella resident’s engagement with their local community.
Our outstanding Covella community was a ‘project of the year’ category finalist in the UDIA Queensland 2024 Awards for Excellence, proudly acknowledging this thriving neighbourhood.
AVID was awarded a leadership award for excellence from the NSW property industry, recognising our dedication to a workplace culture that celebrates diversity, equality and inclusion.
We were thrilled to receive an ROI Award for the deployment of our automation cloud, Tray’s Universal, which helped us achieve a 194 percent ROI, and saw us become one of the top ten organisations whose innovative technology delivered extraordinary results.
